February 8……Angel Stephens recorded her eighth double double of the season leading Cheyney (7-13:4-4) to a 71-61 over Bloomsburg (13-7:5-3).  Stephens netted 22 points, a season high, while grabbing 11 rebounds.   Angel Henderson and Lutfiyya Muhammad scored 14 and 12 points respectively.  Stephanie Orji grabbed a 14 rebounds, the fourth time in as many games she grabbed double figure rebounds.  Earlier this season, Bloomsburg defeated Cheyney. 

Cheyney built up a nine point lead during the first half only to see the Huskies battle back to take a slim 32-31 advantage at halftime.  The Huskies extend the lead to eight outscoring the Lady Wolves 13-6 to start the second half.  However, Cheyney would then go a 15-0 run to take a 52-45 lead with 8:49 to play.  Cheyney was able to extend the lead to 13 points before settling on the 10-point margin of victory.

Cheyney will seek revenge again on Wednesday night weather permitting when they host cross town rival West Chester.
